Our packages usually reach the courier within 1–2 business days, and we calculate delivery time estimates based on business days (Monday–Friday), not calendar days. After the courier scans your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Occasionally, this process may take an additional business day. Please check your spam folder or email us at support@curetonix.com if you haven’t received your tracking number.

In the rare instance that you suspect your package may be lost or experiencing an unexpected delay, we advise reaching out to the respective carrier’s customer service. USPS and UPS have dedicated support teams who can assist you with any concerns regarding the delivery of your package. By directly contacting them, you can receive the most accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a swift resolution to any potential issues.
Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance on every order. This covers your package if it is lost or damaged in transit. For damaged packages, please reach out so that we can file a claim. For lost packages, we allow 10 days after the courier pick-up date before we can file for a lost package.
Theft is not covered by shipping insurance, nor does Curetonix cover theft. If you live in a high-theft neighborhood or apartment complex, we implore you to choose FEDEX at checkout to ensure the safer delivery of your order.
Packages are reshipped once the claim is approved.

Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of curetonix.com.
- Should you receive an incorrect item, we are more than willing to facilitate an exchange or provide a refund.
Refunds
- Should a refund be deemed necessary, we will initiate the refund process for your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
- We would like to emphasize that we treat chargebacks with utmost seriousness. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior communication with our customer support, serious consequences will follow.
- This includes a ban not only from curetonix.com but also from other online vendors. Additionally, all information associated with the order will be banned. We also reserve the right to share these details with other online vendors to collectively protect their businesses and ours from scammers.
- We hold a firm zero-tolerance stance towards scammers and testers.
Return Process
Curetonix accepts returns on a case-by-case basis in the unlikely event of a customer being unsatisfied with a product. We will provide a full refund if the customer can provide a plausible reason for no longer wanting to use the product.
- NOTE: A refund will only be initiated IF the evidence or reason provided by the customer is justifiable according to Curetonix Terms & Conditions.
- Clear and effective communication is vital, as most issues can be resolved promptly by reaching out to us directly.
- If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us at support@curetonix.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee interception once an order has been collected by the courier. If you still choose to return the item, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable, and the responsibility for return shipping costs will lie with the buyer.
We take every precaution to ensure secure packaging and safe delivery. Please notify us immediately if you receive items in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition. We will collaborate with you to address the issue.
Testing Our Products
If you decide to have our products tested by a third party and your product comes back under 97% purity or 10% under the concentration label weight, we will pay for the testing and issue a refund on your product, offer store credit, or replace the item.
- Please be aware that certain items have a yield based on the compound. This means that if the label calls for 50mg but tests at 25mg per the yield of the compound, this does not qualify for a refund or payment of the test.
- This only applies to certain compounds and does not apply to all. The third-party lab used needs to be accredited, and we need to be able to verify the testing with them.
Missing Items
If you discover a product missing from your order, please contact us and provide the necessary details within 3 days of delivery. Upon verifying the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly dispatch the missing item to you.
Documentation and Fraud Prevention
To maintain transparency and counter fraudulent claims, we may photograph your shipment with your shipping label to counter fraudulent claims of missing items. Some orders based on value will be signature-required for delivery.
