This is by far the best nicotinamide riboside I've tried. I will not be buying another brand again.Increased energy, well-being, mood, and positive effects on skin appearance!Highly recommended!As far as headaches go, I did get some the first week or so. Some Tylenol helped that. But thankfully, they went away.Also, you have to stick with it a while before all the benefits are optimized. Well worth the wait!

I am a 47 year old female and dealing with perimenopausal symptoms. Aging, low energy, brain fog, ect. I went to a naturopath and spent probably $300 on supplements and none of them gave me any relief at all. I literally threw them in my garbage because I was o frustrated with the wasted money. I can't believe I even spent more to try more supplements but when you feel this bad you will try anything. I feel so much better. I have been taking them for about a month now. I don't get my mid day energy crash, less brain fog, my workouts are back to what they were in my 20's-30's. I have had no side effects what so ever. It's by no means the feeling of a stimulant but I'd say I just feel more like myself again before this phase of my life. I actually got it for the anti-aging benefits which I can't attest to yet but was very shocked to feel my energy come back. I was getting to the point I'd have to drag myself to the gym, did a lazy workout and left early and now I look forward to working out again and super productive workouts again!

I have suffered and suffered from fatigue, I am 41. I cannot believe these actually work for my fatigue and brain. I tried other brands on here claiming actual NADS were in the bottle but they did absolutely nothing. I hope the formula never changes and as far as skin etc we shall see! lol I hope so
